We currently deliver across all regions of India, ensuring access to our complete clothing collections nationwide. At present, we do not provide international shipping.    

Order Processing  

Once an order is confirmed, we aim to process it within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After your order is packed and ready, you will receive an email notification with complete details of your purchase.    

Estimated Delivery Timelines  

Our standard delivery window ranges from 3–8 business days, depending on your location. We strive to get your favorite outfits and accessories to you quickly, while ensuring safe and reliable delivery.    

Failed or Missed Deliveries  

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Customers can request a re-delivery once the issue is resolved.    

Damaged or Lost Packages  

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide clear photographs as proof.  

In case a shipment is lost during transit, we will coordinate with our courier partners to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund once the situation is verified.
