We understand that your preferences may change, and there may be occasions when you need to cancel an order. The following guidelines explain our cancellation process for men’s and women’s clothing orders. 

Cancellation Before Shipment 

You may cancel your order up to 24 hours after placing it or before it is dispatched, whichever occurs sooner. 

To initiate cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email. 

Once the cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 

Orders Already Shipped 

Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, cancellations are not permitted. However, you may return the item after it has been delivered in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. 

Order Modifications 

At this time, we do not allow changes to items, quantities, or shipping addresses after an order has been placed. If modifications are necessary, you must cancel the original order (if eligible) and place a new order with the correct details.
