By shopping on our platform, you agree to comply with the return and refund procedures outlined here. Should you need to return any clothing purchase, this policy explains the steps clearly.    

Eligibility for Returns  

Items are eligible for return only if they are unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition. Ensure that tags, labels, and packaging are not removed or damaged when returning an item. When sending items back, please ensure the product, packaging, and labels are included.  

Clothing that has been worn, laundered, or modified in any way will not be accepted.  

A return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.  

Please reach out to our support team within this timeframe to initiate the process.  

Any items not meeting these criteria will be declined for return.    

How to Request a Return  

  1. Step 1: Submit Your Request : Email us at shopthrivefirm@gmail.com with your Order ID and the reason for your return.    
     
  2. Step 2: Share Proof if Applicable : For items that are faulty, damaged, or sent in error, please attach clear photos of the issue to speed up review.    
     
  3. Step 3: Follow Return Guidelines : Once your request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions to complete the return. Please note: returns that do not meet our conditions may be declined.  

Refund Procedure & Timeline  

Once the returned clothing is received, our quality check team will verify that it meets the stated requirements. A notification will be sent to confirm if your refund is authorized or not.  

Approved refund amounts will reflect in your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.  

An email update will be shared with you when the process is complete.    

Partial Refunds  

If the product only partially fulfills the return conditions (for example, minor damage or packaging missing), a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.    

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products  

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos or videos clearly showing the problem when you email us so we can resolve the matter quickly.
